Our policy lasts 14 days.
If 14 days have passed since the receipt of your order, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be able to benefit from a return, your article must be unused and in the same state where you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To make a return, you must present us a receipt or proof of purchase.


Repayments

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision on the approval or rejection of your claim.
If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or your original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Refunds late or missing (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please consult your bank account again.
Then contact the issuing entity of your credit card because there could be a delay before your refund is officially displayed.

Sellers (if applicable)
Only current price items can be reimbursed. Unfortunately, the items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace an article only if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you want to exchange it against the same article, send us an e-mail to support@carparfum.com

Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift when buying and if you have been sent directly, you will receive a gift credit worth equal to that of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.

If the item has not been identified as a gift when buying, or if the gift donor preferred to first receive the item to offer it later, we will send a refund to the gift donor And he will know that you returned the article.

Shipment

It will take you to pay your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return fee will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your product exchanged may vary.

If you ship an article worth more than 20 €, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to follow the sending or subscribe to delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the article you go back.
