How can I contact you?

What if the product I want is out of stock?

We do our best to keep our virtual shelves well stocked, but sometimes a popular item may be sold out. If a popular item is out of stock for an extended period, an estimated restock date will be indicated on the product page. We encourage you to sign up for our mailing list to be notified when the item is back in stock.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Currently, we ship to all French-speaking countries and worldwide.

Why haven't I received the order confirmation email?

Please check all folders in your inbox, including spam and junk folders. If you still can't find your order confirmation email, please send us an email to ensure you provided the correct email address during checkout.

Yes, we do! If you're interested in ordering 10 products or more and want to learn more about our wholesale discounts, please contact us.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What should I do if I made a mistake in the shipping address?

If you've made a mistake in your shipping address, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. Please include "Address Change" in the subject line and provide your full name, order number, and corrected shipping address.

What is your return policy?

We currently offer a risk-free 30-day return policy after the delivery of your order! If you wish to return your order, simply contact us and let us know if you'd like to return or exchange your products.

How can I cancel my order?

Within 12 hours of placing your order, you can cancel it by contacting us. Each order remains in processing status for approximately 12 hours.
